Internet Access for Students with Parents!

Our Loma Vista Library Computer are available to use after school for our students with their parents. You can use the internet to go on newsela.com, thinkcentral.com, look up our homework, and research for study projects. The library computers are available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 2:00 - 2:45pm. Remember, students must come and use the computers with their parent.

Scholastic Book Orders Due!

This is just a reminder that September Scholastic Book Orders are due this Friday, 9/23/16. Reading is important, and students should read books that interest them.

4th Graders dress for Career Day! Here we have a News Caster Reporter, a Doctor, Educators and Sports figures. The sky's the limit. Dream, Believe, and Achieve!
Professional musician from the Rio Hondo Symphony instructs our 4th graders about the instruments of the orchestra. The students learn specifically about the woodwind instruments as the pretend to play a flute, clarinet, oboe, and bassoon to the opera of Peter and the Wolf. Students took home a calendar of free symphony concerts by the Rio Hondo Orchestra. I hope to see you there! (See more photos in our album.)
