Medication Policy

Students are not allowed to administer medication to themselves.  This includes over the counter items such as cough drops.    Staff may only administer medication prescribed by the student’s Authorized Health Care Provider.  If your child needs to take medication please complete the following form and return it to Mrs. Garcia the school health clerk.
